Eaon normally resides on the island of Dominica where he has been for the last 9 years. He expects to return after the hurricane cleanup. He has been diving for over four decades and a professional for over two. More recently involved in recreational scuba diving, as an instructor evaluator. He has traveled extensively to remote parts of the world diving during which he has become acutely aware of how many areas of the world are considered prime dive destinations yet have insufficient resources to safely. Carrying the PSI-PCI inspection training to these remote areas that greatly need it will be his focus as a PSI-PCI Instructor.
