PSI/PCI Cylinders

Gene teaches PSI/PCI courses in California and owns Institute of Diving Technology.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Recreational Administration and Environmental Education.  Gene is a PADI Course Director and Specialty Instructor Trainer, a TDI and PSA Technical Instructor, and an Instructor Trainer for EFR, DAN, and Public Safety.  He enjoys wreck diving and underwater photography and video well as fly fishing and camping.
