PSI-PCI has learned that the recently expired permit has now been renewed.  These cylinders are mainly used in paintball applications.  Assuming qualifying factors, they are now authorized for filling.  Remember that formal visual inspection is required at time of hydro-static requalification.  Informal inspections should be conducted at time of fill.
