Shipping Information

PSI-PCI, Inc. follows the FTC guidelines governing online sales with regard to shipping.  We generally expect to ship out your order within 3 business days of order receipt unless otherwise specified. 

If we are not able to ship within the promised time due to backordered product, we will notify you of the delay and provide a revised shipment date.  If this does not meet with your approval you have the right to cancel and get a full and prompt refund.

If you agree to the delay, our policy is to ship backordered products the day they are received into our office using the method specified in the original order.

Returns for non-broken or otherwise functioning tool will incur a $25.00 restocking fee.  Broken item will be examined to determine cause of breakage and processed accordingly.

Finally, we reserve the right to cancel orders that a buyer is not qualified for (ie. EOI inspection stickers) or we can't fill in a timely manner.  We will promptly notify you of our decision and make a refund.

We generally ship FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. You can now select expedited shipping in the cart at the time of order. We will ship it according to your preferred method assuming item availability.  

NOTE:  Due to rampant porch piracy, Fedex now snaps pictures of their deliveries to home addresses and adds them to the delivery confirmation. If the package is removed after this they will NOT insure it.  Any order to a home address without Signature Required requested by purchaser in comments at checkout will NOT be replaced by PSI-PCI if there is a snapshot of delivery in the Delivery Confirmation.  We suggest shipping to a business address to avoid this or ensure someone will be available to sign for the package if you request Signature Required at checkout.  We regret we have to take these measures, but everyone must do what is necessary to keep things running smoothly. 

Be aware that FedEx Smartpost is the least expensive method of delivery by FedEx, but the last leg of the package journey involves the local post office which may require an additional day or two to reach you.  We do not guarantee deliveries by Smartpost as there is also no recourse for loss or non-delivery.  Each entity will point to the other as at fault, we are stuck in the middle with no options. If you have selected SmartPost we will attempt to make the delivery via Fedex Home Delivery but be advised that the above stipulation applies.

Certain addresses (AK, HI, US Territories or FPO/APO) will qualify for alternative shipping methods. Qualifying orders will be switched to USPS Priority Insured shipping and difference in shipping will be refunded.

CONUS destinations may request USPS Priority Insured delivery however we will not guarantee this method. USPS proves unreliable more often than not, which is why we have switched to Fedex for our delivery carrier.  If you request to switch to USPS and they lose or damage your package a new order will be required to replace it. We apologize for the inconvenience however it is for your protection as well as ours. 

International orders can take advantage of DHL shipping.  We will automatically switch to that method for applicable orders.  Difference in shipping costs will be refunded. If you are in an area that is unserviceable via DHL please inform us in your comments at checkout and we will switch to the best option you specify.
