| PSI, Inc. is pleased to provide the Visual Cylinder Inspection (VCI) course via correspondence. If you are outside North America, and not close to an existing PSI Instructor, you may be eligible for training via correspondence. This is also open to all US Military personnel stationed outside the United States or deployed.
The cost
of the correspondence course is $350.00 US (US Military personnel and
dependants receive a discount of $50.00). Through this training course
we will work with you to complete the necessary training and
assignments. The training is comprehensive and covers exactly the
same material as our VCI course. You will receive the PSI Visual Cylinder Inspector Certification upon completion. With this course you will receive the textbook, Inspecting Cylinders, by Bill High.
You will also receive a Field Inspection Kit, which contains the tools that you will need to complete a visual inspection. You will receive
the VCI course workbook plus a CD of the 18-Step Protocol video
featuring Bill High, which is shown in class, to add to your understanding of the material presented. We also include the Fill Station Operations Guide, Hazmat Guide and the Technical Reprint File
for references.
