PSI/PCI Cylinders

Dallas teaches courses in Buffalo, New York and Tavernier, Florida.  He has a Masters degree in Psychology and works as a school Psychologist.  He is also co-owner of Discover Diving, a dive shop in Buffalo NY; and is a NAUI Instructor and Course Director.  He enjoys Technical and Cave SCUBA diving, spear fishing, and performing as a magician.
